She is particularly passionate about working with couples, helping them develop the skills and understanding necessary to not only build a strong foundation but also navigate the inevitable challenges that arise, ensuring their connection thrives over time.

She works with clients aged 18 and older, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, challenges within blended families, positive parenting, grief, interpersonal and marital issues, LGBTQIA+ related concerns, perfectionism, and OCD. Liza is trained in several evidence-based modalities, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, ACT, ART and Gottman Level III for couples. Integrating modalities allows her to tailor her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. She is committed to providing a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families can explore their experiences, develop new perspectives, and create the positive changes they desire.
